Intro

1. Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. Respected CAS and offr’s present Assalamu-Alaikum and very good morning. I on behalf of all the members of “GOLDEN FOURTEEN” welcome you all to our trg grd. Sir, this is an honour to get you in our trg grd. Presently this unit is depl for op "ALOR SHONDHANE" in Lalmonirhat dist and op "NOBOJATRA" in Hatibandha UZ of Lalmonirhat dist. Sir, despite of our intense op cmt we are also giving due imp on various trg activities. However basing on the weaknesses of last trg yr and following your three yrs trg dir, div trg instr and bde trg instr we have planned this trg yr. sir, next 05 min or so I shall apprise you shortly regarding the overview of manpower and various trg activities of this yr.

15. Last yr Trg Objs and Achievement. Sir, our trg obj was set according to the obj you have given to us in your trg instr for 2007. Trg objs set for trg yr 2008-2009 and achievements is given below:

1. Conduct trg on F and M and instill confidence among all rks to win by '' Fire Fight'' We have conducted F & M for 630 pers of this unit.
2. Ensure 100% str are within std wt limit. At present we do not have any obese pers.
3. Ensure qual for next promotion for JCO/ORS We had a plan to qual 310 pers in various rk for promotion. In last trg yr we could qual 295 pers.Our achievement is 95%.
4. Enhance proficiency of Jr ldrs on Maj and minor ops To achieve this obj enough prac was given to the jr ldrs in the last extended CEE.
5. Make all NCO's thoroughly proficient on MR and Nav. We had a plan to qual20 pers but we could qual 17 pers. our achievement is 85%.

8. Attain 75% std shot in day firing. We could achieve 76%.
9. Attain 30% std shot in ni firing. Our achievement is 40%.
10. Attain 100% proficiency in PET. In this regard our achievement is 100%.

1. Train efficiently for achieving msn with the resources aval. a.Distr resources equally to the various Coy (manpower eqpts). a. The manpower adjustment is done to ensure equal rk structure .

c. The dfc of str and eqpt to be solved by asg altn task to various rks. -
2. Prac def and offn op in the way we may visualize the btl to be unfold.
a. Conduct indoor Cl in a form of lec to give the UC an overview of all kinds of Op. a. Indoor cl on def & attk op was conducted on 17, 19, 20, 25 Feb 2008.
b. STX will be carr out to prac various btl scenario (snap shot) b. STX was conducted on 04 and 11 Mar 2008
c. Out door ex will be enducted on various maj Ops. c. Outdoor ex was conducted on maj ops on 04 and 11 Mar 2008
d. FTX will be conducted to give the UC comprehensive trg on their learning. d. Cycle ending ex will be conducted from 30 Mar 2008 to 03 Apr 2008.
3. Achieve 90% std short in day firing.
a. Wpn handling & Cl on aiming will be conducted in the form of lec & prac. a. Cl was conducted on Wpn handling and aiming on 12, 18,19 and 24 Feb 2008.
b. Arng prac firing of UC according to the rng alt. b. Firing was on conducted 13,14 Feb, 12 and 13 Mar 2008
c. Implement all rewards & punishment to give incentive and deference as applicable. -
d. Extra care will be taken for weak firers. d. Extra cl has been kept for the weak firers in the afternoon and they are given more practice during the firing.
4. Achieve 60% pass/std short in ni firing.
a. Use every rng alt day for ni firing. a. Ni firing was conducted on 13,14 Feb, 12 and 13 Mar 2008 .
b. Conduct cls on ni aiming during day time (lec cls)and during ni trg. b. Cls was conducted on 12 & 18 Feb 2008.
c. Provide opportunity to every sldr to appear & pass in ni firing . c. All the member of GPT Coy and other aval pers of Bn was given prac in ni firing on 13,14 Feb, 12 and 13 Mar 2008.
5. Each firer to achieve 28 mark in CAS trophy Firing. Act will be taken as per obj 3.

a. Conduct Cl on F & M in the form of lec and demo. a. Cl was conducted on 11 Feb 2008.
b. Conduct prac without ammo in the trg grd. b. Prac on F&M will be practiced on 24 Mar 2008.
c. Conduct firing with blank ammo in the trg grd. c. On 03 Feb 2008 GPT Coy has done the practice with blank ammo.
d. Conduct firing with blank ammo. d. Practice will be conducted with live ammo as per the alt of 300 m range.

7. All offrs, JCOs and NCOs incl L/Cpl to qual in GPS.

a. Conduct cl as on GPS (lec). a. Cl on GPS (lec) was conducted on 02 & 03 Mar 2008.
b. Conduct outdoor prac with GPS. b. Outdoor cls on GPS was conducted on 04, 11, 18, Feb 2008.
c. Use GPS during ni trg and route march. c. From the beginning of this yr we are using the GPS during all the ni trg and route march.

8. Full fill reqr no of as per rk incl 100% res.

a. Train pers to be dvr in every cycle. a. 07 pers has been sent in fmn level MT driving and maint cadre which is going on .
b. Conduct refresher cadre so that the trainers are ready to undergo MT driving and maint cadre. b. Refresher cadre was conducted from 25 Dec 2007 to 07 Feb 2008 during the cusion pd.
c. Full fill the dfc by trg yr 2008/2009.

9. Achieve objs set by Inf Dte.

10. FTX to be carr out as per Bde Op plan.

a. Trg will be conducted with emphasis on Op reqr as per the bde Op Plan.
b. Arng trg to full fill the obj as dir by CAS trg plan.



11. All rk to be made efficient in FIBUA.
a. Conduct cls on FIBUA. a. Cls on FIBUA will be conducted on 24 Mar 2008.
b. Conduct STX on FIBUA. b. STX will be conducted on 24 Mar 2008.
c. One day ex will be carr out on FIBUA. c. Outdoor ex on FIBUA will be conducted on 25 Mar 2008.
d. Conduct FTX during CEE. -
e. Conduct MD on FIBUA. -

12. Train reqr no of pers in RR, MG, RL , pnr and Mor as per rk incl 50% res.

a. To create reqr no of spl pers in every trg cycle. a. 05 pers in Mor and 05 pers in RL will be qual after this trg cycle.
b. The dfc will be fulfilled by trg yr 2008/2009. -

13. Make efficient all JCO's and NCO's in OO.

a. The JCO's and NCO's will be trained by giving them sit on maj & minor Ops. They will prac OOs in the unit trg grd. a. Practice of OO was conducted on 03, 12, 17, 20 Feb 2008.
b. During the STX the JCO's and NCO'S will be given opportunity to prac OO's b. Practice was given to the JCO’s and NCO’s so for the STX’s we have conducted.
c. During CEE all the JCO's and NCO's of GPT coy will be given various appt & they will prac OOs. -


14. Make efficient all NCO incl L/Cpl in distr of AOR and fire con order

a. Conduct cls separately for NCO's on this subj. a. Cls was conducted separately on 03, 10, 18, 25, 26 Feb 2008.
b. During the STX the NCO's will be given more opportunity. b. It was followed during the STX’s we have conducted so far.
c. During CEE all NCO's of GPT Coy will be given various appt and they will have more prac.
15. Dev of spiritual, mental and religious believe and building mutual respect and trust by motivation cl a. Conduct motivation cls. a. Motivation Cls was conducted on 14, 28 Feb, 06 and 13 Mar2008 .
b. Discuss these pts during DARBAR. b. Things are being discussed in details during all the monthly DARBAR.
C. Ensure spl arng for sldrs of all rks to learn Al-Quran c. Every month 15 to 20 pers are learning how to read Al-Quran.
